Rest assured! All our devices are MFi certified. While receiving this message is rare, if it occurs try:
- Unplugging the myCharge from your iPhone and reconnecting. Sometimes the fix is actually this simple.
- If the myCharge uses independent cables try a different cable (skip for chargers with integrated cables).
- Make sure your iPhone software is up to date. This step is key!
If these steps do not work, file a support ticket to initiate the warranty process.
